    Endy® Sofa Warranty

    Your new Endy® Sofa or Endy Ottoman is covered by a 5-year Limited Warranty.

    Your Responsibility

    The Endy Furniture warranty covers the original purchaser of any Endy sofa or ottoman who is located in Canada. Any warranty, or implied warranty, is only valid for the period of time the sofa or ottoman is owned by the original purchaser of the product. The original purchaser, for the purposes of this warranty, will be the individual whose details are associated with the ecommerce purchase. Please retain a copy of the receipt, which was sent to the email address on record.

    Photos, the lot number, and original proof of purchase may be required upon a warranty request in order to identify and assess the warranty issue.

    What Is Covered in the Warranty

    Covered Not Covered

    Any physical flaw in a piece of the Endy sofa or ottoman that causes material to split or crack, despite normal usage and proper handling.

    Endy may decide to replace the component or the whole piece of furniture depending on the issue.

    Damages from customer jumping, climbing or any other inappropriate use of the piece of sofa or ottoman.

    A slight colour change of fabric after long-term exposure to light or usage.

    Comfort or esthetic preference.

    A normal wear and tear as a result of laundering and normal usage.

    Any stains, burns, tears, cuts, or liquid/moisture damage resulting from use by customer or their environment.

    Damage incurred by transportation after initial delivery.

    Damage due to use on an inappropriate surface/placement. Both the Endy Sofa and the Endy Ottoman must be placed directly onto the leveled floor.

    Any modification(s) made to the piece of furniture.

    Product that is sold by an unauthorized retailer or product that is in any way sold as “used” or any other similar wording indicating the product is not “new”.
