    Endy® Bed Frame Warranty

    Your new Endy® Bed Frame is covered by a 5-year Limited Warranty.

    Your Responsibility

    The Endy Bed Frame warranty covers the original purchaser of any Endy Bed Frame who is located in Canada. Any warranty, or implied warranty, is only valid for the period of time the Bed Frame is owned by the original purchaser of the Bed Frame. The original purchaser, for the purposes of this warranty, will be the individual whose details are associated with the ecommerce purchase. Please retain a copy of the receipt, which was sent to the email address on record.
    Photos, the lot # (located on the bed frame), and original proof of purchase may be required upon a warranty request in order to identify and assess the warranty issue.

    What is covered in the warranty

    Covered Not Covered

    Any physical flaw in the Endy Bed Frame that causes material to split or crack, despite normal usage and proper handling.

    Endy may decide to replace the component or the whole Endy Bed Frame depending on issue.

    Damages from customer jumping, climbing or laying directly onto the Endy Bed Frame without mattress.

    A slight colour change of fabric after long-term exposure to light or usage.

    Comfort preference or Bed Frame height preference.

    Any stains, burns, tears, cuts, or liquid/moisture damage resulting from use by customer or their environment.

    Damage incurred by transportation after initial delivery.

    Damage due to use on an inappropriate surface/placement. The Endy Bed Frame must be placed directly onto the leveled floor.

    Any modification(s) made to the Endy Bed Frame.

    Product that is sold by an unauthorized retailer or product that is in any way sold as “used” or any other similar wording indicating the product is not “new”.
