    Endy® Sofa and Ottoman Warranty

    Your new Endy Sofa and Endy Ottoman is covered by a 5-year Limited Warranty.

    Your Responsibility

    The Endy Sofa and Endy Ottoman warranty covers the original purchaser of the sofa or ottoman for the term specified, while they are located in Canada. Any warranty, or implied warranty, is only valid for the period of time the product is owned by the original purchaser. The original purchaser, for the purposes of this warranty, is the first purchaser of the product from endy.com or an Endy authorized retailer. Please retain a copy of the original receipt as proof of purchase.

    Photos, the lot # (located on the product), and original proof of purchase may be required upon a warranty request in order to identify and assess the warranty issue.

    What Is Covered in the Warranty

    Covered Not Covered

    Degradation, which causes the product to have a visible indentation greater than one (1) inch, not associated with improper use.

    A slight colour change of the fabric after long-term exposure to light or usage.

    Any physical flaw in the product that causes material to split or crack, despite normal usage and proper handling.

    Endy may decide to replace the component or the whole product depending on the issue.

    Comfort, height or aesthetic preference.

    A normal increase in softness of the foam after long-term use.

    Any stains, burns, tears, cuts, or liquid/moisture damage resulting from use by customer or their environment.

    Normal wear and tear as a result of cleaning and normal use.

    Any issue if modification(s) were made to the product.

    Any modification(s) made to the piece of furniture.

    Damage incurred by transportation after initial delivery.

    Product that is sold by an unauthorized retailer or product that is in any way sold as “used” or any other similar wording indicating the product is not “new”.

    A normal decrease in the loftiness of the filling after long-term use.

    Damage due to use on an inappropriate surface/placement. The product must be placed directly onto a leveled floor.
