How does the 100-night trial work?
The 100 night trial starts from the day your Endy is delivered to you. You then have 100 days to contact us to initiate a return for any reason. An appointment is made to pick up your mattress and it will be donated or recycled where available. The customer receives a full refund back onto the original method of payment: no restocking or shipping fees to worry about. Removal is full service, so no need to re-pack or roll up the Endy.
After pickup is confirmed, the refund will be processed back onto the card originally used to make the purchase.
In the case of a return, where do your mattresses go?
Returned mattresses are donated whenever possible. When this service is not available mattresses are taken to a local recycling facility.

What is your lifespan/warranty?
