    Influencer Marketing Specialist

    Do you have a passion for Influencer Marketing? Have a track record for building relationships, coming up with creative ideas, tracking social trends and analyzing data? Endy is looking for an Influencer Marketing Specialist who will join Endy’s Brand Strategy & Communications team. In this role, you will support and own influencer campaigns through planning, outreach, execution, and reporting. You will be a part of a collaborative team building Endy’s world-class influencer program.

    Our ideal candidate is a highly-skilled communicator who is passionate about influencer & digital marketing, brand-building, and business growth. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and will be challenged to explore new opportunities that grow Endy’s overall online presence. This is a real opportunity to learn and grow in the Communications industry, and be part of a dynamic team that fuels the company’s overall growth.

    What you'll do

    • Contribute to building our Influencer Marketing team’s core network of influencers
    • Contribute to scaling Endy’s influencer program on TikTok, leading TikTok partner relationships and staying on pulse with platform trends and updates
    • Assist in the development of influencer plans, strategies, and timelines
    • Source and identify the best partners for respective influencer programs based on qualitative and quantitative judgements
    • Establish, maintain, and nurture relationships with social media influencers and negotiate pricing, terms of contract, and other project-specific details, guiding them through their Endy collaboration
    • Review influencer assets and ensure they are suitable representations of our brand voice, message, and story
    • Build weekly, monthly, and program-specific KPI reports that highlight engagement, reach, and costs, pulling key insights and recommendations
    • Stay up to date on media and social trends to suggest creative ideas to remain current, interesting, and unique
    • Work closely with the Digital Marketing team to coordinate influencer content for their social ad needs
    • Take responsibility and accountability for assigned campaigns, managing all communication and tasks
    • Various administrative tasks such as maintaining a database of influencer assets, updating influencer program trackers, setting up email automations, and tracking product send-outs

    Who you are

    • 3+ years of experience with influencer marketing or other digital-, social-, or partnership-based marketing
    • Strong understanding of Canada’s changing influencer landscape, and a passion for staying up to date on industry trends
    •  Solid understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, blog, and YouTube
    • Skilled at multitasking under tight timelines and adapting to changing business objectives/priorities
    • Proactively tackles new challenges and comes up with creative solutions
    • Strategic thinker who enjoys using quantitative and qualitative insights to make smart decisions
    • Strong desire to learn and develop their skills
    • Driven by a strong, entrepreneurial work ethic, with desire to take ownership on all tasks and innovate
    • Outgoing, approachable, and skilled at building and maintaining relationships
    • Familiarity with Google Sheets/Excel
    • Experience with CreatorIQ (or similiar influencer marketing tool) considered an asset  
    • Bilingualism (French/English) considered an asset
