    Endy is looking for an adaptable, highly motivated and naturally curious Talent Sourcer to join our People & Culture team and manage the first stage of the recruiting process. As the Talent Sourcer, your responsibilities include finding hidden talent through unconventional means, using various channels to look for potential candidates, contacting passive candidates, and building talent pipelines for future hiring needs. You are a natural-born connector that not only has the ability to establish relationships with key people within any industry, but you also thrive on cultivating those relationships over time.


    Ultimately, you will proactively support our hiring needs and be an ambassador for diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.

    What you'll do

    • Identify, engage, and nurture top talent through traditional techniques and unconventional means on social media and professional networks
    • Constantly look for and implement new ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the sourcing processes
    • Continuously champion our inclusive hiring practices and help drive our diversity sourcing initiatives
    • Review incoming job applications and maintaining candidate databases through Lever Hire, our Application Tracking System
    • Craft and send recruiting emails to passive and active candidates
    • Coordinate with hiring managers to determine position requirements and build job descriptions
    • Measure conversion rates, such as the number of passive candidates who turn into applicants, get invited to interviews, get offers, and get hired
    • Build and maintain an ongoing candidate pipeline to support hiring goals
    • Phone screen candidates after sourcing for open roles to present to the hiring team
    • Be a trusted partner by building relationships with hiring managers by presenting sourcing insights to ensure hiring success
    • Initiate innovative sourcing strategies that delivers an always-on pipeline of quality hires
    • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management
    • Own referrals from current employees and external networks
    • Promote our employer brand online
    • Communicate with past applicants regarding new job opportunities

    Who you are

    • 1-3 years of proven experience sourcing and/or recruiting with experience in recruiting top talent
    • Demonstrated ability in traditional sourcing techniques utilized for sourcing top talent
    • Experience implementing sourcing strategies that address both short-term and long-term hiring needs
    • Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (i.e recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
    • Familiarity with HR databases and `Applicant Tracking Systems (i.e Lever Hire)
    • Ability to build, cultivate, and activate relationships with candidates
    • Solid verbal and written communication skills
    • Experience partnering with cross-functional partners to execute on sourcing strategies that resulted in achieving a common hiring goal
    • Track record of successfully delivering against assigned goals within a given deadline
    • Bilingualism (EN/FR) is considered an asset
