    Inside Sales Representative - Silk and Snow

    Silk and Snow is looking for a driven, sales-focused individual to join its Inside Sales team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth by proactively engaging with potential customers and guiding them through the process of selecting and purchasing Silk & Snow’s products. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, providing product expertise, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.


    Our ideal candidate has strong communication and listening skills, while having a passion for sleep. You have a proven track record in inside sales or customer service including experiences such as handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. While emboding these qualities and being enthusiastic about contributing to Silk & Snow’s mission of providing sleep solutions to customers while achieving sales goals and maintain excellent customer relationships.

    This role requires 2-3 days in the office at 670 Caledonia Rd Unit 200, Toronto, ON M6E 4V9.

    What you'll do

      • Manage the flow of inbound customer requests and questions through our phone lines, emails and live chat

      • Educate customer about our products and recommend suitable products that meet customer’s needs and requirements

      • Be resourceful and use all available tools to handle various situations

      • Utilize consultative selling techniques to guide customers through the purchase process, addressing their concerns and objections

      • Close sales and process orders accurately, ensuring customer satisfaction and a positive shopping experience

      • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics

      • Keep accurate records of sales interactions, orders and customer information

      • Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure timely order processing and delivery

    Who you are


        • 1-3+ years of experience in Sales, Retail and/or Customer Service, preferably at a retail or e-commerce company

        • Empathetic individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills

        • Exceptional listening and problem-solving skills

        • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team

        • Proficiency with G-suite programs such as Google sheets, documents and slides

        • Results-driven and a strong desire to achieve sales targets

        • Time management skills to effectively prioritize and manage multiple customer interactions

        • A passion for sleep and an understanding of the important of quality sleep products

        • Motivated to grow in a fast-paced environment and help team members achieve their goals with your expertise

        • Able to priotizie and multitask with a positive attitude

        • Must be entrepreneurial, take ownership in your work with little to no supervision

        • Bilingualism (French/English) considered an asset

        • Bonus if you have experience working in high-volume sales environment
