    Senior Graphic Designer

    We are seeking a talented and driven Senior Graphic Designer to join our Creative team! As a member of the in-house creative team, you will be a part of a group of passionate creatives who strive to do the best work possible. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will help lead the creative team in design systems and visual identity across multiple brand touchpoints. You will work closely with our Creative Director, Art Director, Creative Services Manager, graphic design team, and cross-department stakeholders to create material for both online and offline mediums that bring the Endy brand into this next phase of the brand journey.
    Our ideal candidate is a self-starter and thrives on working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You demonstrate a high degree of understanding for design fundamentals, conceptual ideation, and have a discerning eye for design trends - incorporating these into your personal work to elevate Endy and Casper Canada. You are organized, able to communicate a vision effectively, and influence a team to reach common goals. You are comfortable giving and receiving constructive feedback and work to elevate your peers, brand, and self at every opportunity.

    What you'll do

    • Work closely with your Creative Director and Art Director to develop compelling visual concepts that elevate the D2C brand
    • Own design projects from concept to delivery, getting curious and asking questions to clarify from relevant stakeholders
    • Actively review Junior Designer’s work to ensure quality, consistency, and understanding
    • Mentor Junior Designers through active feedback and peer reviews
    • Develop original concepts for campaigns and product launches - working closely with the Creative Director and Art Director for synergy
    • Uphold brand consistency across all projects, mediums, and touchpoints
    • Liaise between departments, Project Managers, and key stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met
    • Form and maintain cross-department relationships with relevant stakeholders
    • Advocate for design foundations and design-thinking within the company; furthering and owning our brand systems
    • Identify workflow bottlenecks and improve processes to streamline creative production efficiencies

    Who you are

    • 5+ years of experience in a Graphic Design or Jr. Art Director role; Experience in e-commerce or a start-up environment is a plus!
    • Exemplary working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Figma
    • Demonstrates a strong understanding of design principles as they apply to all mediums
    • Ability to comfortably communicate creative ideas with stakeholders and turn feedback into high-level solutions without sacrificing the quality of work is considered an asset
    • Thrives in a team environment with a passion for collaborating with various teams and stakeholders in person and remotely
    • Exceptional time management skills with the ability to adapt to multiple shifting priorities. Comfortable navigating ambiguity and speaking up to clarify asks.
    • Approaches challenges with a positive, solutions-based attitude
    • Highly adaptable and comfortable in a results-driven, fast-paced environment
    • Strong attention to detail with the ability to provide constructive feedback peer-to-peer
    • Ability to coach and develop peers - providing active, structured feedback to enhance design work
    • Experience working in tandem with Web UX/UI teams
    • Strong design portfolio that exemplifies your range of skills across mediums
    • Experience in motion graphics or 3D is considered an asset
