    Sourcing Manager

We are committed to delivering an exceptional shopping experience and are looking for a talented Sourcing Manager to join our team and lead our sourcing activities.

    As a Sourcing Manager at Endy, you will be crucial in building strong partnerships with multiple vendors and suppliers. You will work with various teams, such as logistics and supply chain, and support our Product team in sourcing existing and new products, ensuring quality and profitability. In your role, you will identify, evaluate, and select suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage the end-to-end sourcing process. You will also help reduce costs and lead times while using strong negotiation skills and sourcing strategies to mitigate risk through contract development. This role will provide you with ample opportunities to help Endy fuel its fast-paced growth through sustainable partnerships with our vendors.

    Our ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You can efficiently build a sourcing strategy. Manage the sourcing process, optimize costs, maintain supplier relationships, and contribute to the overall success of the company’s supply chain operation. You demonstrate a combination of skills, qualifications, and personal qualities that enable you to manage the procurement and sourcing processes effectively.

    What you'll do

    • Create sourcing strategies to support the product directions of the business
    • Contribute to the overall revenue and profitability of the business by sourcing the right products, ensuring quality, profitability, availability, and others

    • Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability

    • Build solid working relationships with suppliers, constantly working with them to resolve economic and quality issues that affect our business plans

    • Negotiate and create contracts, policies, and deadlines with suppliers and vendors

    • Monitor supplier performance to ensure contractual obligations are met

    • Identify and drive cost savings projects to support our annual profit targets

    • Identify new suppliers and ensure the strength of our supplier network

    • Encourage supplier resourcing of upcoming initiatives and projects

    Who you are

    • 2-3 years of sourcing experience (Experience in eCommerce or start-up environment is an asset).

    • Strong sourcing skills, particularly negotiation, contract management, commercial agreements, and relationship management

    • Ability to influence across internal teams and recognize strategic opportunities

    • Ability to lead high-level and day-to-day interactions with suppliers across different geographies to execute a joint business strategy

    • Apply logical thinking to gathering and analyzing information, designing and testing solutions to problems, and formulating plans

    • Detail-oriented and highly organized with solid multitasking abilities

    • Able to communicate ideas clearly and effectively and strongly impact decision-making

    • Highly adaptable and thrives in a results-driven, fast-paced environment

    • Knowledge of logistics and supply chain is a plus

    • Speaking other languages like Mandarin is an asset
