Endy is setting the benchmark in customer experience, and we are looking to hire a full-time Sales Associate to take it to the next level in our exciting new retail experience in Toronto. This is a real opportunity to build a customer-centric company with us and become a leader in our growth. As a full-time Sales Associate, you’ll represent the Endy brand on the front lines. You will be learning from our best-in-class Customer Experience in a hybrid environment. You’ll provide best-in-class customer experience and manage customer relationships with uncompromising expertise, knowledge, and warmth.

• Represent the Endy brand with best-in-class customer experience, helping customers with their inquiries
• Be resourceful and use all available tools to problem-solve
• Provide exceptional product and service knowledge to customers
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and cleanliness of the showroom
• Efficiently process sales orders via tablet or point of sale
• Capture email addresses, customer insights and product experiences to report back to the team

• Experience with experiential retail is an asset
• Comfortable lifting and moving items up to 75 lbs/34 kgs
• Knowledgeable in Mac and Google Suite systems
• Zendesk or other help desk system knowledge is an asset
• Familiarity with Shopify or online store management systems is an asset
• Work experience in customer experience, sales or social community development, preferably at a retail or e-commerce company (bonus if it’s a startup!)
• Empathetic and clear communicator
• Self-starter and needs little to no supervision
• Problem-solver who understands how to work with all types of customer personalities
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to prioritize and multi-task with a smile
