Endy is looking for a Financial Analyst who will successfully turn data into information, information into insight, and insight into business decisions.

As a Financial Analyst, you’ll be designing analytics tools and finding insights to optimize sales and profit. You’ll dive deep into exciting analytics projects and deliver data-driven insights using your financial background to help other team members make real-time decisions.

You’ll work in a driven, entrepreneurial, and highly collaborative environment, and are also comfortable working independently. Additionally, you will have extensive experience in finding and applying data-driven insights to support business decision-making. You do not just produce detailed reports; you identify business opportunities from them.

All in all, your work will help our teams use data, rather than intuition, to identify opportunities for the company.

• Analyze transactional and customer behaviour data to identify sales and profit opportunities
• Conduct deep-dive analytics projects, integrating various data sets and utilizing advanced analytics concepts
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of business performance on daily basis
• Proactively deliver sales and operational insights by analyzing and synthesizing data from multiple sources (Identify data quality issues and work closely with the Finance, Operations and Marketing teams to implement measurable improvements)
• Work cross-functionally with other departments

• 2+ years of analytic experience
• University diploma or degree in Accounting, Mathematics, Economics
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, specifically expert level knowledge of Excel
• Self starter who is curious and proactively asks meaningful questions
• Strong ability to understand what data is required and the approach to take to answer business questions
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective analytic storytelling through organized presentation of insights in a clear, coherent and compelling format which is easy to expand and improve upon
• Capable of learning new programs quickly
  
• Strong multi-tasker who can work independently and in a team environment
• Solid business acumen and communication skills, both written and verbal
• CPA designation or accounting education is a strong asset
